In the children's collections, there are rarely any single sandal models for girls that have a rather flat platform heel or another heel that is minimally reinforced by a platform sole.
The eponymous paragraph and its story
Sandals are categorized in a variety of ways. A subdivision type is one that depends on the type of sales used. For example, a distinction is made between wedge sandals or even platform sandals. The Plateau Sandalette may be the various varieties and designs of a sandal trade, provided it has plateau sales. The word plateau comes from French and means plateau. In shoe fashion, this refers to a shoe which has a particularly strong sole which can either extend over the entire shoe or is placed only under the forefoot. Furthermore, the platform sole may have a continuous thickness or with a separate paragraphbe combined with a wedge heel, a stiletto heel or a block heel. As a result, the shoe is much higher, without the arch of the arch must be strongly curved.
The first platform soles dived as early as the 15th century in England and some European countries at that time they were called Stiltshoe or Zoccoli. For these shoes, sockets were tied to the shoes for a particularly long leg line. The Zoccoli are considered precursors of the plateau shoes. Today, however, the soles are glued or sewn with the shoe and thus more durable and stable.
Plateau sandals can come from one simple sandal with a more or less thick platform sole exist and therefore both be flat, as well as high heel reach height. The average sole strength for everyday life lies with platform soles between three and five inches, but can also be ten centimeters or even more. An alternative to the simple platform sole is the combination with another heel shape. This may be more moderate due to the height already reached by the plateau.
The sandal can be less bulky, as when a narrow Stiletto heel is combined with a thin platform sole and can then easily too delicate outfits or business attire combine, while a pure thick platform sole fits neither into the office nor to a formal event. Even a block heel can be wonderfully strengthened by a small platform height and thus appears less massive.
